Are you a graduate or early-career Textiles Engineer looking for your first role with real responsibility and exposure to leadership? Are you motivated by hands-on manufacturing, people management, and a clear pathway to running your own department long term?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a process-focused supervisory role, overseeing a diverse production team and gaining hands-on leadership experience within a growing manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible role with structured training and long-term progression into senior supervision and management.

The company has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and developing engineers into future leaders. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a Graduate Textiles Engineer who is eager to develop technically while building strong people-management skills on the production floor.

The Role:

  • Supervise a production team of around 15 operators across a diverse manufacturing area
