Graduate Engineer (Guaranteed progression to Manager 2-3 Years)
Manufacturing sector (Full Training Provided)
£28,000 + Training + Progression
Location - Tewkesbury, Commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, and surrounding areas.
Are you a Graduate/ Junior Engineer or from a technical background in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar field?
In this role, you will spend the next 2-3 years shadowing the existing Technical Manager and then step into the role.
You will be put through both internal and external training, whilst occasionally traveling to UK sites and international suppliers.

The Role:
- Manufacturing sector

- Occasional interval and domestic travel
- Working in/ learning all aspects of the company; Sales, Design, R&D, Manufacturing, installation, Commissioning, Management.
The Person:
* Degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or similar in Engineering / Chemical / Manufacturing discipline
* Strong technical mindset with a hands-on approach
* Keen to learn and develop within a manufacturing setting
* Motivated to build a long-term career
Full Uk driving Licence.
Live commutable to Gloucester, or happy to relocate.
