£40,000 - £42,000 + Progression + Training and Development + Health Cash Plan + Private Pension + Monday to Friday + Excellent Company Benefits

Ideally Located: Leicester, Wigston, Coalville, Loughborough, Glenfield, Nuneaton, Lutterworth, ETC

Are you a Process Engineer looking to join a company experiencing fantastic growth in a highly rewarding and autonomous role, offering great progression routes as the company expands?

This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a company who have taken the market by storm and be able to lead continuous improvement of a growing and expanding manufacturing facility, whilst working a Monday to Friday days-based position.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across a growing and expanding manufacturing facility aiding waste and cost reduction, whilst working to ISO9001 standards.

This role would suit a Process Engineer looking for a new challenge at a growing company in an autonomous role with a large amount of influence and fantastic future opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

  • Leading Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing facility
  • Implementing LEAN standards
  • Monday to Friday - Days (Early Friday finish)

The Candidate:

  • Experienced Process Engineer within the Manufacturing industry
  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement / LEAN / Kaizen techniques
  • Looking for a growing company with great progression routes
