You will be responsible for supporting process optimization, solving production challenges, and implementing new technologies that improve plant performance and efficiency.
The Role:
- Work closely with production teams to support daily manufacturing operations
- Assist in optimizing glass manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, QA, and R&D on new technology and improvements
- Support new product and new process development initiatives
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical and leadership capabilities
