The Role:
- Lead technical operations / process development across oral solid manufacturing
- Own validation documentation, protocols, reports and technical writing
- Drive tech transfer, NPI and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver compliant execution
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Strong oral solid dosage manufacturing experience (tablets, capsules, etc.)
- Leadership/mentoring experience within Technical Services, R&D or Manufacturing
- Confident communicator with excellent documentation and organizational skills
