The Role:
- Lead and manage the site's validation program
- Oversee a small team responsible for validation activities
- Maintain full regulatory readiness across equipment and processes
- Drive high standards of quality, compliance, and performance
The Person:
- Proven background in pharmaceutical validation (sterile environment required)
- Experience with cleaning, process, and equipment validation
- Confident managing and developing a small technical team
- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
