Bonus Eligible (company performance based), 1st Shift, Full Site QA Ownership

Looking for a role where your decisions shape the entire QA function?
This is a Director-level QA position at a sterile manufacturing site transitioning into its next phase of growth. You will lead the full Quality Assurance function with direct influence over systems, compliance, inspection readiness, and overall quality culture.
The business is moving into active production, which makes this a critical leadership hire. You will work closely with senior leadership and production to ensure sterile operations are compliant, controlled, and scalable. Your impact will be visible across the entire organization!
This role requires strong sterile experience and genuine scientific credibility. You should be comfortable leading at a strategic level while still understanding the technical detail behind sterile manufacturing and QA systems.

The Role:
- Lead and oversee the entire QA function within a sterile manufacturing environment
- Own quality systems, compliance strategy, and inspection readiness
- Partner closely with Production as operations scale
- Provide senior-level quality leadership across the site
The Person:
- Significant QA leadership experience within sterile manufacturing
- Strong scientific background with hands-on understanding of sterile processes
- Comfortable operating as the senior QA authority on site
