$150,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + Progression to Partner + Health Benefits + 401k + PTO

Are you a Project Manager with a P.E. license looking to manage water/wastewater plant projects and teams, with the opportunity to become a partner in the firm?
On offer is a fully remote position, where you will manage water/wastewater plant projects at a close-knit and growing company.
This company is a smaller firm, with a strong culture. You will have the chance to oversee and manage projects and teams.
This role leads the planning and design of water and wastewater facilities for public and private clients, including pump stations, treatment plants, pipelines, and storage systems. You will work directly with clients, manage staff and subconsultants, oversee engineering reports, and guide design and construction documents. You will serve as a technical mentor, seal plans with your expertise, and have benefit from growth opportunities including the chance to become a partner at the company.
This role would suit a Plant Project Manager with a P.E. license from a water/wastewater plant background, looking for a remote position where you can take full ownership over projects and teams.
