$125,000 - $150,000 Including Insurance, 401k, Progression, Bonus, Travel
Toledo, OH (Commutable from Detroit)
Are you a Construction Project Manager, with experience in Industrial, warehouse and manufacturing plant construction, looking for an opportunity to join a fast growing company that offers great routes for career progression?

This position will be both in office and site focussed, in their role you will be liaising with clients and contractors during pre-construction until close out. Looking over and mentoring other project managers.

The Role:
- Overseeing other PMs in a technical industrial projects
- Travel to other projects when necessary
- Communicate with Pre-construction and mange schedules, budgets and on site management until close
The Person:
- Previous experience on industrial, warehouse, manufacturing construction projects
- Experience in project management and estimating software
- Degree in related field and ability to oversee other project managers
