Project Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car / Allowance + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
Midlands or South (Nationwide Travel Required)
This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing sports and leisure development business delivering padel facilities nationwide. This is a brand-new role created due to growth and increased project demand, offering autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

The business operates as a client-side developer and operator, partnering with sports clubs and leisure providers to design and deliver outdoor padel facilities across the UK. With 27 venues already operational and significant expansion plans, the company is entering its next phase of growth. Projects involve full site feasibility, planning applications, contractor appointment, and delivery, working alongside specialist contractors and local stakeholders.
You'll manage multiple projects from feasibility through to completion, overseeing contractor performance, programme management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves significant travel and requires someone comfortable operating independently while maintaining high standards across live sites
You'll be an experienced construction Project Manager capable of managing multiple schemes simultaneously. You'll be detail-focused, self-sufficient, and motivated, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive projects forward in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role - Responsibilities
* Managing projects from feasibility and planning through to completion
* Appointing and overseeing contractors and specialist suppliers
* Monitoring programme, cost control, and health & safety
* Liaising with stakeholders including leisure partners and local authorities
The Person - Requirements
* Construction Project Management experience
* Ability to manage multiple live projects nationwide
* Strong understanding of construction processes and programme control
* Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a high-autonomy role
