Maintenance Manager
Zaandam, North Holland
€100,000 - €110,000 (including 8.33% holiday allowance) + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + 23 ADV Days + Public Holidays + Pension + Benefits + Collective Agreement Contract
Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineering professional from a manufacturing/production to join a growing and innovative business in a newly created role for the company.
The company are a specialist within their manufacturing field and supply into multiple industries including, but not limited to, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Oil & Gas and more! With sites across the world they are expanding and as in order to support one of their leading sites they have a need of a Maintenance Manager to support and lead their skilled team
In this role you will lead and develop the site's Engineering and Maintenance staff. You will oversee the planning and coordination of CAPEX and Maintenance plans. You will manage staff's availability for planned and reactive works and drive continuous improvements across these areas of the business.
The person will come from a relevant manufacturing environment with team leadership or supervisory experience as well as knowledge of being a hands on engineer. You will need to speak English and Dutch as part of the role and be comfortable in an industrial setting.

*Experience in a transferable role - Leadership or Supervisory
*Manufacturing environment background
*Transferable qualifications relation to maintenance/engineering or similar
*Fluent Dutch and English speaker
