£47,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + 4 day working week + Days + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager, looking to take the next step of your career and take the lead of a fast-paced manufacturing site in a highly rewarding and autonomous role?

You will be responsible for leading the Engineering and Maintenance function, setting site strategy, and driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing site.
This role would Suit a Maintenance Engineer with Managerial experience, looking to develop their career and take autonomous control of a manufacturing site at a company who will invest in your future, whilst maximising work life balance with a 4-day working week.
The Role:
- Managing a small team of Engineers
- Driving continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment
- Monday to Thursday - Days
The Candidate:
- Strong leadership experience or experienced managing a team
- Ideally from a Multi Skilled background
- Looking for a varied and autonomous role
