Are you a Maintenance Manager from a food or beverage manufacturing background looking to join a rapidly expanding business investing in new technology, operating at the forefront of their market?

In this position you be instrumental in executing key maintenance projects, working cross functionally with senior leadership and engineering teams. This hands on role will see you create and manage maintenance programs, work closely with OEM's to ensure equipment safety and efficiency, oversee parts, report on CAPEX projects and take control of financial budgets. The Position:

- Lead and manage the Maintenance department for a fast growing manufacturing business investing in new technology and expanding production lines

- Hands on position leading maintenance supervisors, technicians, controls technicians and parts teams

- Develop and manage maintenance programs, play a key role across CAPEX projects working cross functionally engineering and leadership teams

The Person:

- Maintenance leader with experience in the food or beverage industry

- Proven leader looking for a hands on position

- Maintenance or Engineering degree
