You will work closely with operations to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and coordinate repair activities across key machinery. Alongside managing technicians and contractors, you will drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role would suit a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor from a foundry or heavy industrial environment, looking to take the next step into a leadership position with the full responsibility for maintenance strategy, reliability, and team development.
The Role:
- Lead maintenance across foundry and heavy industrial equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
- Drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage technicians, budgets, projects, and safety compliance.
The Candidate:
- Maintenance experience within foundry, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
