On offer is a varied role where you will be managing a team of Engineers and playing a pivotal role in improving efficiencies across the site. You will be responsible for organizing planned, preventative maintenance as well as leading the team on breakdowns.
This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Manager, looking to step up and manage a large maintenance team and progress with in a growing business.
The Role:
*Managing a team of 12 Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors
*Leading reactive, planned and preventative maintenance projects
*Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
