You will be responsible for managing all mechanical and facility maintenance activities, leading maintenance teams, improving asset productivity, and implementing reliability and preventative maintenance strategies.
The Role:
* Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance and facilities teams
* Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
* Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to minimize downtime
The Candidate:
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proven success implementing preventive maintenance and reliability programs
