This company is seeking a Finance Director to lead finance operations for its modular manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making as the business scales.
The Role:
- Lead all finance operations for the manufacturing facility
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Drive manufacturing cost control, margins, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations and leadership to support business growth
The Person:
- Finance Director / senior finance leader experience
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and production finance
- Hands-on, commercial mindset with strong stakeholder skills
