Senior Estimator (Progression to Director)

Are you a Senior Estimator from a commercial construction background, looking for a pathway into Director-level leadership where your expertise, decisions, and influence will shape the future of the business?

This company is a well-established and highly respected construction firm delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the region. You'll be trusted as a senior figure within the business, working closely with executive leadership while being actively developed for future Director responsibilities.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate commercial estimates, reviewing drawings, performing take-offs, and contributing to bid strategy. You'll work closely with project teams and senior leadership, with real input into how projects are priced and delivered.
This role would suit a Senior Estimator with commercial experience who's looking to take the next step in their career and progress toward Director-level leadership
The Role:
- Senior Estimator within a commercial GC
- Prepare detailed estimates across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Work on both hard bids and negotiated projects
- Review drawings, perform take-offs, and support bid strategy
The Person:
- Commercial General Contractor Estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and design
- Hard-working, self-starter mentality
- Ambitious and motivated by progression
