Kent based + Hybrid Working

£60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus + Health package + Life assurance + Excellent further benefits + Progression to Director

As an Associate Director, you will lead the coordination and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments while supporting business development and mentoring junior team members. You will manage client relationships, oversee multidisciplinary inputs and play a key role in maintaining the high-quality service that underpins long standing client partnerships.

With a strong track record of developing leaders from within, this role offers genuine progression toward Director level alongside continuous professional development, networking opportunities and exposure to high profile projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant EIA coordination experience, strong environmental planning knowledge and the confidence to lead teams and manage clients. A background within consultancy or local authority is welcomed.

The Role:

  • Leading and coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments
  • Preparing Screening and Scoping Reports
  • Managing and compiling Environmental Statements
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary technical inputs
  • Acting as key client contact throughout project lifecycles
  • Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff


The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years EIA experience
  • Strong coordination and project leadership skills
  • Relevant degree in environmental disciplines
  • Background in consultancy or local authority
  • Confident communicator
