Up to $170,000 Base Salary + Bonuses + Healthcare + PTO
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director of IT, looking to join an industry leading homebuilder in Texas. You will be integral in developing and growing their customer base whilst working within a high quality and dynamic operation; a position that is fundamental to growing their brand and reputation in the housing market, all whilst earning a fantastic salary with a great supporting package.
Do you have experience leading a department, managing technical people and driving efficiency within a company? Are you skilled at developing and executing an effective strategy, working alongside IT professionals to achieve company goals?
This Texas-based organization has been dedicated to transforming the home building industry for decades, building houses that shape communities and the lives within them. They are now looking to recruit a Director of IT to oversee the entire technology department; creatively implementing strategies that will spearhead further growth in the state.
This role focuses on managing a team and executing a IT strategy state-wide, driving new business opportunities and leading a team.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a strategic IT plan
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, backups and recovery
- Up to $170,000 Base Salary, Bonuses, Healthcare, PTO + more
The Person:
- Director of IT / Head of IT
- Experience within the construction sector is ideal but not necessary
- Willing to work in the office 5 days a week
