In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key accounts, provide technical support based on your programming and tooling experience, establish centers of excellence, advise management on product competitiveness, and implement strategies to grow sales opportunities. You will play a critical part in fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service in a high-performing territory.

The Role:
Manage sales activity and support for both standard and specialized products
Build relationships with distributors and key accounts, attending planning meetings and maintaining regular contact
Visit top end users in the territory to influence purchases and provide guidance
Train and educate distributor sales teams and internal staff on products

The Candidate:
Previous experience in CNC programming within a cutting tool environment
Desire to transition into field sales or account management
Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Comfortable providing technical support and consulting on product solutions
