In this high-impact leadership position, your experience will prove crucial in managing distributor networks, preparing and presenting proposals to clients, and increasing product outreach. You'll act as the main point of contact for sales expansion in the region, travelling across the Southeast to maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients alike.

This role would suit a Sales Manager with experience in industrial machinery sales, looking to oversee the Southeast region and transform their earnings through uncapped commission.

The Role:

  • Drive sales of abrasive equipment, managing a multi-state territory and full sales cycle.
  • Build, support, and evaluate a strong distributor network while developing new markets and channels.
  • Serve as the technical expert, delivering proposals, on-site customer support, and market/competitive feedback.

The Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience within the industrial machinery industry, abrasive or blasting equipment is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with persuasive skills, technical aptitude (including blueprint reading), and a record of top sales performance.
  • Able to travel across the region 50% of the time, self-motivated and relationship driven.
