Remote (with travel across the South of England)

£50,000-£60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Progression + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Specification Manager to join a well-established company specialising in the design and supply of construction and civil engineering products. This role offers the chance to contribute to the growth of a respected construction business while working for an organisation that values career development, company culture, and progression.

This leading construction supplier has seen exceptional growth since its inception and is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion. With plans to grow their technical team, boost turnover, and invest in branch development. The company work across a variety of sectors including groundwork engineering, waterproofing, concrete repairs, and gas protection, to name a few. Projects range in value from a few thousand pounds to £2 million, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about contributing to the company's growth and eager to develop themselves.

This is a remote role with regular travel to client meetings and site visits. Candidates also have the option to work from one of the company's offices if needed. Key responsibilities include providing technical advice, identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting a range of construction and civil engineering products, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and attending site visits and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role along with knowledge of civils and structural waterproofing. Candidates must be comfortable travelling across the South of England when required.

The Person:

  • Knowledge of civils and structural waterproofing
  • Construction experience in similar role
  • Valid UK Driver's license
