MEP Design Engineer (Hybrid)

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of MEP design, from concept through to detailed engineering and coordination. You'll develop and review drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Working with an experienced internal team, you'll have the autonomy to lead design packages and the support to progress quickly into senior engineering or management roles.

The Role:
- Lead and contribute to the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, codes, and industry standards
- Support project delivery from concept through to completion
- Report on project progress and contribute to technical strategy discussions
- Hybrid role - 3-days a week in office
The Person:
- Proven experience as an MEP Design Engineer within construction, modular, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards
- Revit design skills
- Electrical and/or Plumbing design experience
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated by career progression
