Are you an experienced estimator with civil experience looking to manage a team and join a growing company?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join an expanding, respected firm where your expertise and attention to detail will be central to every project's success.
This well-established company is a highly respected civil contractor known for delivering large-scale civil and utility infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work, they're now looking for a Estimator to help manage their projects to the highest of standards.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the estimating process from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. You'll review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed cost estimates, and manage subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure clarity from day one
This role would suit an Estimator from a heavy civil construction background who is looking to make a real impact, all while taking the next step in their career.
The Role:
- Civil Construction Estimator (site work & underground utilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications
- Manage the estomating process from pre-construction through turnover
- Grow the estimating team to achieve company goals
The Person:
- Experience estimating earthwork, deep utilities, stormwater projects
- Proficient with HCSS HeavyBid and AGTEK
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
