Up to £48,000 + Bonus + Training + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Pension

In this role, the Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence and efficiency across the service department. You will lead the service team, oversee customer service interactions, train and develop staff, and organise schedules and workloads.

This role would suit a motivated individual with a strong service background and proven leadership / management experience.

The Role:

  • Lead service team of technicians and controllers, ensuring excellent service throughout
  • Organise schedule and workloads to ensure timely operations
  • Manage the department and oversee all customer queries ensuring all are responded to accordingly
  • Develop a high-performing team by overseeing staff training and professional growth


The Person:

  • Previous experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager
  • Background in service and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Competent with IT systems
