Service Manager - Water / Engineering
Farnborough | 6 Month Contract | Outside IR35
Highly Competitive Day Rate | Immediate Start

An immediate requirement for an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of field-based Service Engineers supporting water sector projects across the Thames region.

This is a confidential appointment within a major engineering organisation. You will be office-based in Farnborough, managing remote engineering teams delivering maintenance and service operations across a regional patch.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate a team of remote Service Engineers
  • Oversee service delivery across water sector projects (Thames region)
  • Drive performance, scheduling, safety and customer standards
  • Act as key operational lead from the Farnborough office


The Person

  • Proven experience managing field-based engineering/service teams
  • Engineering background
  • Strong leadership and organisational capability
  • Water/utilities industry experience is beneficial
  • Comfortable managing remote teams across a regional patch
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Able to commute daily to Farnborough
