Senior Gaming Portfolio Manager
Berlin/Remote
€80,000 to €100,000 (including bonus)+ Holiday + Benefit

This company produces a platform which allows mobile games to be accessed by users while inspiring their loyalty through innovative features.

In this role you will play a key role in making the casual games portfolio better by combining your game design skills with practical product management abilities. You'll oversee the whole process of making games more enjoyable and profitable, both the ones the company produce and the ones they develop together with external studios. Also, you'll have a critical role in keeping players excited and engaged in one of the largest casual games publishers in the market.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in fast-paced B2C environments within the mobile gaming industry, particularly with casual or hyper casual games. You will have an excellent understanding of what makes casual games successful and knowledge of casual games genres an their target audience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a role where you can take ownership of projects working with a high degree of autonomy creating the long-term strategy of the product.

The Role:

  • Lead initiatives to optimize the overall quality of the entire Casual Games portfolio, focusing on enhancing player satisfaction, boosting retention and increasing engagement across all titles.
  • Identify and implement strategic improvement and fixes within game design processes, coordinating the collaboration with several casual game development teams and ensuring a smooth execution of future developments and enhancements.
  • Proactively scout and evaluate new titles with the potential to add value to the portfolio
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies to assess and leverage new opportunities, optimizing game performance and diversifying the portfolio genres.
  • Drive retention and improve in app advertising revenue opportunities.


The Person:

  • +3 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, particularly with casual and hyper-casual games.
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Comprehensive understanding of what makes casual games successful and knowledge of casual game genres and their target audiences
  • Proven experience in contributing to the success of a casual or hyper-casual game
  • Bonus experience with unity
  • Ideally previous experience from a game publishing company and/or background in game design
