Senior Product Designer
$120,000 - $150,000 + Base salary + Bonus + Benefits + 401k + 3 weeks PTO
Austin, Texas - On Site position with flexibility

You'll own the visual and interactive design of digital platforms, playing a critical role in aligning user experience with broader product strategy and business objectives. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and company leadership.
This role would suit a Product Designer looking for a high-impact, autonomous role at an industry leading and immensely profitable start-up under the same umbrella of an established organization.
The Role:
*Own and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce and customer journey across web and mobile
*Design and deliver user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs aligned to user and business goals
*Partner closely with engineering to ensure smooth, accurate implementation
*Use research, testing, and QA to inform decisions and maintain high-quality experiences
*Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate progress, insights, and improvements to stakeholders
The Candidate:
*Digital product design background
*Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile applications
*Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in Figma
*Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
*Basic understanding of front-end development principles, capabilities, and limitations
