Senior Building Surveyor
Wickford
£50,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Training + Chartership Support + Progression + Company Benefits
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to join an ambitious and growing multi-disciplinary consultancy who work within a number of sectors for a variety of clients. You will have great opportunities for progression all the way up to Director level. As well as having great training opportunities where they will support you through courses. With having an APC Assessor in the company so they can support a successful candidate through chartership.

This company are an ambitious and growing consultancy who offer a wide range of consultancy services a variety of sectors. The sectors they work in are Residential, Commercial, health and Education. This is why they are looking to add to their ambitious and dynamic workforce.
Within this role you'll be working mostly on Insurance projects within the Residential sector with elements of Section 20 and Major Works. Where you'll be expected to manage and mentor a team within the office. You'll also be expected to assess tenders, and ensure contracts are up to standard and managed properly. Also, amongst other responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct condition surveys on sites that you visit across Essex, London and Home Counties.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with experience working within on Insurance claims in the residential sector. Where you will use your experience to help manage a team to ensure projects are completed in time and to a high standard. An ideal candidate will also have a full UK drivers license, so they are able to travel to sites when needed.
