Senior Quantity Surveyor
Bristol
£60,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Training + Progression

This growing and ambitious company are a multi-disciplinary company that specialise of design, fabrication, instillation and maintenance services to a number of clients and a range of sectors, but mainly work within the Commercial sector. Their focus on providing a high-quality service has found them success and has put them on track on doubling their annual turnover. This is why they are looking to add to their motivated and ambitious workforce.
Within this role you will be creating and checking financial reports, reporting cost values and different payments within and outside of the business. You will also be expected to prepare and do payment notifications, tender cost analysis, dayworks and forecasting of projects. Finally, among other responsibilities you'll be expected to manage and review the financial performance of all projects to ensure commercial aspects are running successfully.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector who is highly motivated and looking to hit the ground running. The Ideal candidate will also have a full UK drivers license to travel to their occasionally nationwide.

The Role:
- Working on Building Services projects
- Working in a mix of sectors but mainly within the Commercial sector
- Based in Bristol and occasionally travelling to sites nationwide
- Working on projects from start to completion
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor with in experience in Mechanical and Electrical sector
- Commutable distance to their office in Bristol
- Good Communicator, team player and motivated
- Full UK drivers license
