In this position you will develop reliability strategies, oversee predictive and preventive maintenance plans, and manage asset reliability risks. With a focus on mentoring a talented engineering team tracking and reporting reliability and efficiency metrics and spearheading maintenance programs.


This role would suit a Reliability Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to make a significant impact on plant operations and business outcomes.



The Role:
- Lead efficiency functions for the plants, implementing standard processes and procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of junior Reliability Engineers
- Internal training and career progression
- Monday - Thursday 40-hour work week, flexible hours

- Reliability Manager
- High volume chemical manufacturing background
- Degree qualified
- Wants career progress in a national market leader
