Alderley Edge (Office Based with Site Meetings)
£50,000 - £60,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Death in Service + Free Parking

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with residential or construction experience, looking for a long-term role within a stable and growing residential developer?

An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established property development business delivering residential schemes from planning through to completion. The company offers long-term security, a collaborative working environment and clear progression opportunities within its commercial team.

This role provides full exposure to the commercial lifecycle of residential developments, working closely with construction, technical and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Manage financial performance of residential development sites, including budgets and cost reporting
  • Prepare interim valuations and manage subcontractor payments
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, onboarding and meetings
  • Liaise with site teams and internal departments, providing feedback on drawings and specifications


The Person:

  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction (residential experience advantageous)
  • Strong budget management and cost control skills
  • Experience managing subcontractor procurement and payments
  • Full UK Driving License
