Quantity Surveyor
Wimbledon, sites across London, Homes Counties and Portsmouth
£65,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance or Mileage + Hybrid Working + Excellent Career Growth
This is fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an ambitious and goal driven subcontractor in the Social Housing sector, where you'll play an active role in the businesses continued success with progression into a Commercial Manager role.

This dynamic and ambitious subcontractor operates across London and the Home Counties, covering a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Public. With the majority of their work within the Social Housing sector, they offer services such as externals, internals, and landscaping to cater to a diverse range of client needs. They are looking to build on their recent success with this excellent opportunity.
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, working across mainly site, home and occasionally the office. You will be responsible for managing existing contracts and supporting the acquisition of new contracts. Key responsibilities include pricing jobs, managing variations, take-offs, and ensuring all monthly payments are processed. You will also liaise with clients to ensure smooth operations and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor who wants to actively drive business growth with previous experience working in the Social Housing sector, who can demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
