Are you looking to join a fast growing multi-site manufacturing organization investing into the latest technology, where you will play a vital role in the renovation, optimization of existing sites the launch of brand-new plant?
Do you want to work across a broad range of technically challenging process engineering projects, playing a lead role in the design and development of a world-class facility leading a talented team?
In this autonomous position you will work with senior leadership, engineering teams and contractors across process manufacturing and engineering capital projects. You will lead a team of 5 through complex process engineering projects at a range of manufacturing plants across Wisconsin, these include legacy plants and the launch of brand-new sites. You will be primarily located around Fond du Lac and will travel 80% of the time to these plants with an emphasis on the development of the new plant.

The Position:
- Lead and manage complex processing engineering capital projects across a range of manufacturing plants
- Play a vital role in the design, development and construction of a brand-new site
- Lead a team of 5 through these projects whilst upskilling and developing them
- You will be to go to expert for all processing engineering and manufacturing activities, with a high degree of autonomy to enhance the plants

The Person:
- Process Engineering Leader
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Experience developing new and existing manufacturing plants
- Willing to travel across Wisconsin as and when required
