Are you a Microsoft Dynamics professional with a passion for building clean, intelligent, data-driven systems?
Do you want a role where you can shape digital change, influence how systems evolve and be genuinely vital to an organisation's transformation?
This is a rare chance to join an organisation on a genuine modernisation journey moving from manual processes to a fully data-led environment powered by Dynamics, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
They operate with the agility of a startup, but with the purpose, stability and impact of a long-established organisation. As they reduce manual work, improve systems and streamline data, they can give more back to the people and communities they support and you'll be central to making that happen.
As the Business & Power Applications Developer, you'll improve core business systems, enhance Dynamics, and make data clean, accessible and meaningful. This isn't a role for someone who builds one-off Power Apps in isolation. It's about understanding data at its source, speaking with users, challenging assumptions, and shaping systems that drive smarter decisions. You'll be hands-on across Dynamics and Power BI, helping the organisation move from a "jack-of-all-trades" setup to a professionalised, modern digital function.
To thrive here, you'll need curiosity, confidence and a proactive mindset. This is a fast-moving, startup-style environment where you think on your feet, ask questions, and uncover better ways of working. If you want variety, ownership and the chance to build brilliant systems that underpin meaningful work, this is it.
This is your opportunity to join an organisation transforming the way it uses technology - a role with genuine influence, a modern tech stack, and the chance to help build a truly data-led future.
The Role
*Improve and develop Microsoft Dynamics modifying fields, forms and core configurations
*Extract, manipulate and surface data from Dynamics and Power BI
*Enhance business systems to support the move from manual processes to a fully data-led operation
*Speak with teams to understand processes, data sources and improvement opportunities
*Help modernise internal digital capability and move away from a "jack-of-all-trades" approach
*Use Microsoft tools to deliver clean, accurate, meaningful data for better decisions
*Work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where you influence how systems evolve
*Bring ideas, challenge assumptions and help shape long-term digital transformation
The Person
*Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics configuration, development and data extraction
*Confident in Power BI with the ability to model, manipulate and present data
*Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Power Pages
*Inquisitive, proactive and excited by asking questions and exploring how things work
*Able to think on your feet - not waiting for instructions but finding solutions
*Strong people skills: speaks with users, gathers information, explains tech clearly
*Challenges the status quo, brings ideas and drives improvement
*Thrives in a changing, dynamic environment with a go-getter mentality
