$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Progression to Directorship + Training + PTO + Medical + Dental + Vision

On offer is a chance to step into an exciting and diverse Manufacturing Manager role. You will be responsible for leading and growing a team of 15 supervisors and oversee all departments from manufacturing to final testing.

The Role:

The Candidate:
- Supervisory or Management experience within a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Continuous/Process improvement initiatives
- Looking to grow with the company into senior leadership
