Excellent opportunity on offer for a General Manager / Factory Manager / Plant Manager to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing company where you will be at the forefront of driving and implementing major changes within their facility.

In this role, you will be overseeing multiple sites and have 5-6 direct reports covering Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and Quality. You will be directly involved in driving business change, implementing KPIs, and leading teams in a constructive yet firm manner.
The ideal candidate will be a General/Factory/Plant Manager with a strong engineering or automation background, proven experience in change management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
