Maintenance Manager - Power Plant
Tulsa, Oklahoma - (Relocation package available)
50 Hour Working Week
$110,000 - $130,000 + Excellent Benefits Package + AIP Bonus (10%) + 401k + Progression + Relocation Package
Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to join a leading company offering the chance to progress to Operations Manager and/or Facilities Manager roles, becoming a key figure within the business?
On offer is a position where you will move into a more senior role with expert industry training to ensure that you can progress within the company quickly and take the next steps in your career, managing a team of 11 within a Power Plant located in the heart of Tulsa.
In this varied role, you will provide leadership and vision to achieve long-term goals through application of the best Maintenance practices. This will include working across multiple functions and systems whilst communicating with operators, mechanics, and other leaders within the company, alongside working out of hours for power outages when necessary.
This role will suit a Maintenance Manager experienced in Power Plant environments, looking for progression in an environment which embraces teamwork and provides opportunities for growth.
The Role:
- Lead operations by planning and setting assignments for your team of technicians, mechanics, and welders
- Improve operations of the Power Plant by minimizing costs and utilize your experience to ensure labor and materials are efficient
- Develop a 5-year long-term maintenance plan for the site

The Person:
- Extensive background in supervising plants in the renewable energy industry - chemical and waste energy preferred
- Experienced in implementing change through design, repairs, maintenance, and inspection of chemical process equipment
- Used to working on outages and flexible to work out of hours on days/nights
