This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from the packaging, labelling, or industrial manufacturing sector, looking to step into a high-impact leadership role with the full autonomy to build your own team and develop operational level strategy.
The Role:
- Lead site-wide maintenance, driving the shift to proactive and predictive strategy.
- Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance team performance.
- Oversee maintenance planning, CMMS, and inventory management.
The Candidate:
- Previous maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of PLCs, Industrial Controls, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
- Ability to drive improvements, lead teams, and implement proactive maintenance strategies
