Are you a Maintenance Manager from an industrial manufacturing engineering background, looking to take full ownership of a large-scale operation and play a key role in the continued success of a market-leading manufacturer?

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of 20+ engineers, implement maintenance strategy, and ensure high levels of plant reliability and operational efficiency across the site.
This position would suit a proven Maintenance Manager seeking a high-impact role, with full responsibility for driving maintenance strategy, team performance, and plant reliability within a global organisation, taking ownership of a critical function within a large, fast-paced operation.
The Role:
- Managing a Team of 22
- Overseeing plant maintenance operations
- Ensuring site reliability
The Person:
- Maintenance experience from an Industrial background or Military Veteran experience
- Prior management and leadership skills
