Maintenance Manager
$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package + 3 Weeks PTO + Career Progression + 6% 401(k) + 80% Coverage of Healthcare + Training + Stock Plan

Are you looking to spearhead a team in a state-of-the-art manufacturing organization, operating autonomously to optimize maintenance and play a key role the plants development?
In the position you will lead maintenance functions across a technically advanced manufacturing plant, you will oversee planned maintenance, improvement projects, inspections, installation of new equipment and organize plant shut downs for full maintenance projects. This position requires someone with proven experience with SAP to hit the ground running establishing it. You will work with variety of new, complex industrial machinery and equipment producing industry leading products.
This role would someone who is looking to join a growing industry leader, offering technical challenges, autonomy and future career progression working across a range of advanced machinery.
The Position:
* Spearhead the Maintenance department through a variety of engineering projects in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
* Implement SAP to the manufacturing processes
* Lead improvement, inspection, new equipment installation and full site maintenance projects
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve plant performance through vibration analysis, BOM, organizing spare parts and maintenance shut downs

The Person:
* Hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
* Proven experience with SAP
* Background in either chemical, packaging, pulp & paper or rotating equipment
* Mechanically skilled
