The Role
- Deliver and support technically varied energy engineering projects, with increasing responsibility and autonomy
- Take ownership of analysis, calculations, and technical decision-making as you progress
- Work on industry-leading, bespoke projects using modern technologies and innovative approaches
- Extensive training provided, including specialist technical courses, external training, mentorship, and future leadership development
The Candidate
- Engineering background (Energy, HVAC, Building Services, or similar)
- A few years' experience in a technical or analytical engineering role
- Confident working with data, calculations, and technical documentation
- Ambition to progress technically and step into senior or leadership responsibility
