Senior Energy Engineer / Project Manager - Project Ownership & Leadership Progression
$120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonuses + Hybrid Working + Clear Path to Associate
New York City (Commutable from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Jersey City, Hoboken)
Are you a Senior Energy Engineer looking to step into full project ownership, manage high-value portfolios, and lead teams while progressing toward Associate level?

The Role
- Lead and deliver multiple high-value energy and sustainability projects across NYC
- Take ownership of multi-million-dollar project portfolios, including client management and delivery oversight
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level engineers
The Candidate
- Senior-level experience in energy engineering, building performance, or sustainability consulting
- Comfortable overseeing teams and supporting the development of junior engineers
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with energy modelling, audits, and Excel-based tools
- Client-facing, commercially aware, and motivated to progress into senior leadership
