£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression
This is an exciting opportunity for a Design Coordinator looking to join an established design and build company specialising in high end bespoke Holiday Lodges. You will work on a variety of niche projects in tranquil locations across the country all whilst working for a reputable company.
Do you have a degree in Architecture, Building Surveying or Construction Design? Are you a Design Coordinator on AutoCAD and proficient with building regulations? Are you looking for further technical training and great opportunities within a growing company?
This established Holiday Homes company are excerpts within the design and build of high quality niches lodges working in picturesque locations such as Hampshire, North Yorkshire and Cornwall. This company offer a full turnkey service from land acquisition design build through to management of developments and are renowned for their high levels of customer service. Thriving since the pandemic by capitalising on the growing demand for luxurious UK holidays, they are now seeking a Design Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
In this role you will work under the Design manager and prepare accurate and professional drawings, Coordinate the development and review of construction designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards, and manage design risks. oversee the preparation of fit-for-purpose planning drawings and support environmental projects, including BREEAM requirements, through collaborative efforts with colleagues and consultants.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience in design with the use of AutoCAD, with a degree in Architecture, Building Surveying and Construction looking to join a well-established growing business with great career prospects

- Working on the full design of their projects

- Proficient in AutoCAD and experience in SolidWorks (can be trained)
