£62,000 - £68,000 - + Progression to Director + Bonus + Car

Do you want an exciting new role joining a rapidly expanding company, looking to double in size, with career progression to a director, and a large 10% of annual salary bonus twice a year?

Are you looking to join one of the leading renewable heat pump specialist companies in the UK, established for 14 years?

Join the company and help lead the way in providing low carbon energy solutions for the public sector. They have worked on large impactful projects around the UK, building renewable energy sources, installing central heating systems, solar farms, and plant rooms.

This role will involve you working on public sector sites in your area, installing energy centres on a variety of schools and hospitals. You will be tasked with liaising with clients on the delivery of the project, managing labour and reporting weekly on the progress and planning. This role can lead you to becoming senior manager, to head of projects, then a chance of directorship for the right candidate.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who wants a chance to build themselves up to being a director.

The role:

  • Liaising with clients.
  • Managing the labour, making sure they are running efficiently.
  • Attending progress review meetings.
  • Produce forward planning and health and safety regulations.

The person:

  • Mechanical experience working on heat pumps or similar low carbon systems.
  • Experience running projects in the public sector.
  • Experience in Decarbonization projects.
