Remote working (regular site visits)

£60'000 - £70'000 (depending on experience) + Training + EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme + 25 days holiday + Health Care

Are you an Asset Manager, or have experience analysing and monitoring the performance of large-scale renewable or M&E assets? Do you have experience working on EPC contracts?

On offer is the opportunity to join a successful Solar PV developer in an autonomous role where you will play a vital role in the successful operational delivery of projects for a range of high profile clients.

This thriving company specialise in the development and asset management of commercial scale roof-top and ground mount solar PV projects. They are part of an industry leading renewable energy provider, giving them a substantial financial backing and a strong platform with an extensive network for growth.

In this role, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing projects from energisation to asset management to problem solve any issues and ensure assets are running at optimal performance. This is a varied role that will involve regular meetings with the EPC contractor, asset management team and stakeholders, analysis of asset performance data, reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders and senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in asset management working on large scale renewable assets or similar large scale M&E assets. Candidates should have experience working on EPC contracts, and good knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts. It is also important to have a strong analytical mindset, proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
*Contracts Manager for operational delivery of commercial solar PV projects
*Ensure optimal asset performance for asset management handover
*Regular meetings and liaison with EPC contractor
*Analyse asset performance data, identify and problem solve any issues
*Report and present findings to stakeholders and senior management
*Remote working with site visits and monthly visit to office

The Person:
*Experience analysing and monitoring large scale energy / M&E asset performance

*Proven experience working on EPC contracts
*Good knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts
*Strong M&E background
*Relevant engineering / business degree or equivalent
*Analytical mindset
*Ability to work in fast paced environment
