Home based - Covering South West
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Health and Life Insurance + Mileage paid + Holiday + Pension + Training + Progression

Do you have experience as a Commercial Energy Assessor looking for a rewarding role that have a clear route to chartership?
On offer is a great opportunity to join a well established company that invest in their staff, offering further training and development to support with your personal progression. They are now looking to double in size in the next 5 years and looking for someone to support with the business goals and eventually head up the South West.
This Company provide a wide range of building compliance and energy assessment services to businesses across the whole of the UK with a big focus on sustainability. Due to their growth and future growth plans they are now looking to take on a Commercial Energy Assessor to cover the South West.
In this role you will be covering the Southwest of England, where you travel from home to site to undertake surveys for commercial properties to evaluate the building energy efficiency. You will then produce EPC and other reports based on your findings and consult with the client. This role will offer clear development to chartership and support with your career progression.
The Role:
- Survey commercial properties across the South West
- Produce EPC and reports based on your findings

The Candidate:
- Accredited Non Domestic Energy Assessor
- Experienced NDEA / Retrofit Assessor
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle
