On offer is an operations leadership position with a market-leading energy services company where you will be taking ownership of the day-to-day operations as they look to expand their leadership team while you have a clear opportunity to grow your team and progress to C-Suite leadership.
This company is a specialist regional clean energy and building performance provider delivering solar installations, energy testing, and green building certification services to builders, developers, and property owners.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across the Energy Division, managing multiple teams while working closely with the CEO to improve processes, procedures, and delivery. You'll balance hands-on operational leadership with client interaction, helping bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a growing business.
This role would suit a confident, client-facing leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and leading teams through change in a hands-on environment that is looking for further opportunity to grow into an executive-level figure.
The Role:
- Provide leadership, structure, and accountability across operations
- Work closely with the CEO to improve internal processes, procedures, and workflows
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, including executive-level stakeholders
The Candidate:
- Relevant leadership experience
- Background in building performance, energy testing, solar, or related fields
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, meeting with executives and external stakeholders
