$80,000-$130,000 + Equity + Relocation Support + Flexible PTO + Full Medical + Training

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, prompt engineering, technical implementation, relationship management, and revenue growth. You'll own go-live timelines, craft customer performance, outcomes reports, drive renewals and upsells. As a client-embedded position, you'll work hands-on with customers to maximize the value and impact of their AI Digital Workers.

The person:
* Experience building and deployed AI agents as a hobby or in a professional setting.
* Experience in AI prompts, API integrations, and configuring low-code automation flows.
* Strong customer facing skills!
* Hungry to learn and grow with an early-stage AI native start-up
* Happy to work fully onsite in Miami
The position
* GenAI startup with strong funding and proven product-market fit.
* Act as a customer success lead, relationship manager, up-seller, and data storyteller.
* Deploy and customize AI Agents: build and launch agents, craft conversation flows through prompt engineering, establish API and data integrations, and deliver flawless, on-time deployments.
* Monitor performance and mitigate risks using live dashboards; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues before they impact value.
* Prototype quickly with low-code demos and prompt engineering to validate new campaigns, then hand off winning plays to Product and Sales.
* Manage AI agents deployed to enterprise customers, ensuring maximum value and impact.
